STATUTE
The mode of governance and management of Ecopower is governed by the statute in line with the mission of the consortium and is constantly monitored by the Shareholders Committee.
The Committee actively participates in the running of the consortium and is responsible for - inter alia - electing the Board of Directors, approving the budget and voting on operational plans.
